1. Sponsor
The Albatross Attire 2nd Anniversary PXG Dream Bag Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Albatross Attire LLC ("Sponsor") PO Box 4

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, PXG, and their affiliates are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 7/29/26 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on 9/30/26 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time.

4. How to Enter

Method 1 — Follow Albatross Attire on Instagram (albatross.attire). Eligible individuals who follow Sponsor's official social media account during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry.

Method 2 — Online Purchase. Eligible individuals who make qualifying purchases through Sponsor's website during the Sweepstakes Period will receive entries as described in promotional materials.

Method 3 — Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a properly stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026 and received by October 3, 2026. Mail-in entries constitute the Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE") for this Sweepstakes. Each valid mail-in entry shall receive fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries. During any promotional period offering bonus entry multipliers, valid AMOE entries received during the same promotional period shall receive the equivalent bonus multiplier.

There is no limit to the number of AMOE entries an eligible participant may submit during the Sweepstakes Period; however, each AMOE entry must be mailed separately in an individual envelope and comply with all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of any AMOE submission and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

5. Bonus Entry Promotion
During the promotional period identified by Sponsor, qualifying entries may receive ten (10) times the normal number of entries. Equivalent bonus entries will be made available through the Alternate Method of Entry.

6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of:

• Round-trip coach airfare for the winner and one (1) guest to Boston, Massachusetts
• One (1) night hotel accommodation for the winner and one (1) guest
• PXG professional club fitting experience for the winner
• Custom PXG golf clubs
• Albatross Attire merchandise package

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,500 (adjust after pricing is finalized). Actual value may vary. No substitution except at Sponsor's discretion.

7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/03/2026. The drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Travel conditions: Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of winner verification unless otherwise determined by Sponsor. Travel arrangements shall be made by Sponsor or its designated representative. Winner and any permitted travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and complying with all applicable travel requirements. If the winner resides within a reasonable driving distance of Boston, Massachusetts, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation and no additional compensation shall be awarded. Any difference between the stated Approximate Retail Value and actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

8. Winner Notification
Potential winner will be notified via email, phone, or social media message within seven (7) days of drawing. The winner must respond within five (5) days. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Affidavit and release: Potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, IRS Form W-9, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. Failure to timely return required documents may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other causes impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

12. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

13. Winner List
Winner list requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days following winner verification. Albatross Attire — contact@albatrossattire.com

14. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a state or federal court located in Massachusetts.
